Cool Whip Cookies
My mom has been making these cookies for as long as I can remember. I think some may call them Crinkle cookies. The wonderful thing about cool whip cookies is that you can make them in any flavor you want, as long as there is a cake mix for it.

Ingredients
- 1 Cake Mix Betty Crocker works best, but can use another brand.
- 2 Cups Cool Whip
- 1 egg
- Powdered Sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper.
- Mix all ingredients. Use a cookie scoop to make a ball.
- Roll ball in powdered sugar and place on wax paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Flavor pictured: Lemon. We have also made Chocolate, Red Velvet, Pumpkin, Carrot and Confetti.
