uncooked (can use Ziti, too)

Spaghetti sauce

Mozzarella cheese

Parmesan cheese

Instructions
In a 10-inch skillet, on medium-high heat, cook and stir beef until it’s browned. Then drain.
Stir in pasta, spaghetti sauce, water and salt. Sprinkle with pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Stir every 10 minutes to prevent sticking. When pasta is done, sprinkle with mozzarella and cover for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
