This recipe is an old family favorite on my mom’s side of the family. My grandma made it quite often and when I lived on my own, I liked to make it because it gave me a few days of leftovers. Enjoy!

Skillet Mostaccioli
Instructions
In a 10-inch skillet, on medium-high heat, cook and stir beef until it's browned. Then drain.
Stir in pasta, spaghetti sauce, water and salt. Sprinkle with pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Stir every 10 minutes to prevent sticking. When pasta is done, sprinkle with mozzarella and cover for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
