Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 12 oz bag egg noodles I actually use a little less than an entire bag.
- equal parts Sour Cream & Ketchup Probably measures out to about 1.5 cups
Ingredients
|
|
Instructions
- If you don't have enough sauce, add a little more sour cream and ketchup.
- Cook egg noodles in a pot. In a 10 inch skillet, brown the ground beef. Once beef is browned, drain it. After draining, put beef back in the skillet and add the sour cream and ketchup. Mix all ingredients until everything is combined.
- Once noodles are cooked, drain them and add to meat mixture. Combine everything. If your skillet has a lid, cover your stroganoff with a lid and turn on low heat, letting it simmer for a few minutes.
- Remove lid, stir one last time and serve with your favorite pasta side dish. Enjoy!

- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 Tsp Seasoned salt
- 1 Tsp Italian seasoning
- 24 oz. Marinara Sauce
- 8 oz. Ricotta cheese equal to 1 cup

- Preheat oven to 375. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. While waiting, proceed with spaghetti sauce mixture.
- Cook ground beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain, if needed.
- Add the seasonings, minced onion and garlic. Heat for 1 minute.
- Add the marinara, Ricotta and Parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to low and allow it to heat through. The Ricotta and Parmesan will melt into the sauce mixture.
- Add the drained spaghetti; toss until well combined. Note: It will be very saucy but the pasta is going to continue to absorb it as it bakes.
- Add half of the spaghetti to a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle a little Parmesan all over and then top with half (1 cup) of mozzarella.
- Add remaining spaghetti mixture and then sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top.
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until the cheese is hot and melted. Let sit for 5 minutes prior to serving.
